Blocked guttering downpipe/drain in Whiteshill

Job description:Guttering from porch area is filling up and overflowing at the edges when there is any significant rainfall. The guttering filters into the main downpipe from the guttering on the roof, which is shared by our house and another. The main drain downpipe then goes straight into the ground and is surrounded by concrete, the bottom end of the downpipe is not open to inspection from ground level. I've checked the section between the porch and the downpipe and there is no blockage apparent there as I can get a bent up coathanger through the pipe to the main downpipe without any hint of obstruction. The odd thing is that the guttering on the higher up roof is draining freely from both houses.
