Job description:I have a rainwater downpipe that is clear all the way down but backs up so believe that the drain away from the downpipe is blocked (probably from treeroots from tree that has now been removed). we have disconnected downpipe, cleared as far as we can but cannot get around the bend to free up balance. Need someone who can cut through what is in pipe to free up drainage
