Rodding Eye leaking into main drain in Silksworth

Job description:When excavating trench for Conservatory, a leak from the base of the standard size Rodding Eye which is situated to one side of trench (and the Rodding Eye is inline from the Kitchen sink drainage) was noted, seems to be where it goes into main drain/sewer (combined in this area of Sunderland). Needs excavation, new Rodding Eye chamber fitted as well as junction pipe into sewer, re-concreting into place to leave stable.
