Underground water seepage in St Anne's

Job description:Every time there is heavy rain i find about an inch of water under the front bedroom floor. I do not have any leaking pipes. After a week or so without rain the water disappears. There are no visible water marks on any of the brickwork therefore i do not think it is coming from the driveway. I have chcked the guttering and the drains and can find no leakage anywhere. The depth from floor level to the concrete slab under the floor is about three feet.Any explanation please. Thankyou.
