Job description:Waste pipe leaves bathroom and goes into outside drain. The base of this drain which appears terracota has a 3" by 3" square cracked piece which can be picked up by hand. Water is therefore seeping into the soil and eventually under the bathrooms foundations. From this drain runs a mains drain via a lipped pipe.
