Job description:drain pipe has been linked to main drain pipe by builder but has not put in a new manhole to meet Bldg regs builder says not an issue regs say need to see where new pipe put in and need to have a new man hole cover put in, builder says no longer his problem so need to get sorted as looking to meet bldg regs
