Job description:Intending to purchase property and survey has highlighted problem with drain. The drain has been connected to a shared drain via a series of bends fitted within the manhole to take it down onto the channel. water sitting in one of the bends indicating a blockage. section of drain needs to be removed, a new manhole excavated to connect to the proper drainage system which is located at a greater depth below the exsisting.
