Think soakaway from septic tank not working properly and causing drains to back up in Pencaitland

Job description:Good access but outflow from tank quite long. Think it's the outflow as the rainwater from house guttering etc bypasses tank but joins outflow. This also seems to be blocked or at least not flowing as freely as it should.
