Job description:There has been water damage from poor balcony rainwater drainage. I need to got new rainwater pipes that are watertight, seal up the balcony drainage, cement up a hole under the balcony, rerender/make watertight about 5 square meters of external wall. Also 2 square meters of internal plaster repair required if possible.
