Fitting new rodding chamber in Upton

Job description:Hi, my extension to my house was built by the previous owner over a rodding chamber therefore when the pipe yet blocked the watse/ bathwater etc over flows into my kitchen. I have been advised by United Utilities worker that I should dig and build a new rodding chamber outside my patio door in the back garden above the main drainage pipe therefore leaving the pipe thats in my kitchen of no use. I can do the digging etc however would like a professional to fit the new pipe, thanks
