Job description:The installation of a Soakaway or Soakaways to replace the existing ones and which comply with Buildings Regulations Approved Documents H Drainage Section 3 BRE Digest 365 Soakaway Design, as required by The City of York Building Control Officer , including 2 drain traps and the pipework going to the Soakaways. To include lifting of turf where excavations to be carried out, reinstating turf on completion and returning site to its former condition. Topsoil to be retained, Subsoil to be taken away. Quotes to be all inclusive.
