Job description:2-storey, 4-bed detached house (new build) approx. 2000 sq ft requires first-fix electrics for power, lighting & central heating (during January). Second-fix to follow in February (i.e. after plastering) Floorplans / Schedule are in attached images. I will also be installing structured cabling & security system. Please: (1) quote for first-fix power, light & heating circuits (2) quote for second-fix power, light & heating circuits (3) indicate if you have experience of and can install structured cabling / security systems (Note that I will be happy to employ someone for standard electrical first & second -fix only, so expertise with structured cabling / security alarm is not a must-have). I have a more detailed plan/schedule which I can email to interested parties.
