1960's house, needs a survey and estimate for a re-wire, house extended 3 times in Worthington

Job description:House built in 1960's and the original parts still have original wiring. This three bed semi now is stretched to five bedromms and extensive living space, I predict we will need :-new consumer unit, re-wire lighting and ring mains in old part of house, 3 bedrooms lounge kitchen hall etc. Establish good bond through out premises, bring up to modern spec. i Understand that this will be messy, and have decoration work on hold.But although you can cut and chase to save time on fishing in cavities... all plaster work must be made good on completion and I do not want surface fixing before any work commences I want a full survey and written estimates which the budget on the next page refers to this needs to happen asap. work should be able to start mid to late Feb 2011 thanks
