Job description:Grade 2 listed Thatched Roofspace (2 access points) checking all electrics for vermin damage (squirrel rate mice etc); make good if necessary. Put all wiring in vermin proof conduit and check switches vermin proof. Check tops of bathroom halogens in loftspace. Seal as necessary to protect from vermin but to ensure not overheating. If necessary make recommendations. Electricians need to be agile and relatively slim! Need to produce NICEIC accreditation, certification on job completion and written documentation on work completed so that this can go to insurers to prove work done.
