Job description:Replace thermostat on hot water immersion heater. Also fix double wall light (one switch) in lounge. Also put new central heating controller on existing boiler approx 25 years old, as the clock does not work properly any more. Also put in new consumer unit to update and also allow extra items to be put in at some point such as elec shower in bathroom and dishwasher in kitchen.
