Full 3 bed semi to rewire in Bingley

Job description:A full rewire of a 3 bedroom semi is required. There are 9 lighting points that need rewiring, new switches and pendants throughout. Most rooms require sockets moving or updating (new sockets throughout). Main consumer unit is a joke, needs ripping out completely (and moving slightly 1/2m). Electricity meter is to be moved and already booked with YEDL. Outside light needs adding. Bathroom light fittings require changing to be bathroom rated and extractor fan light adding. House is empty with carpets mostly removed and is awaiting decoration. Willing to do preparation work myself to reduce cost, some prep already started. I would like to be closer (or below) the £2000 mark than the £4000 mark.
