Job description:Recentley purchased 3 bed 1960s flat in Edgbaston in need of modernisation. It's a big job and requires overhaul and modernisation of electric sockets, rewiring of kitchen and lighting throughout as well as removal of ghastly flourescent uplighting in sitting room, removal of old alarm system and installation of modern alarm system, outside movement sensitive lighting etc. Access to the flat would be unrestricted and the work could be done at a time convienient to the tradesman.... but needs to be done!! Ability to advise about lighting style options would be appreciated.
