Verifying the reason why our dimmer modules keep blowing, and to replace them in Edgbaston

Job description:We have recently had spotlights installed in our living room, using GU10 bulbs. There are 2 gangs, one with 4 spotlights (200W), and one with 7 spotlights (350W). However, despite having 400W dimmer modules in the wall switches, whenever a bulb blows, it also blows its respective dimmer module. Having increased the dimmer modules to 400W hasn't rectified the problem, so we would like your help to fix it.
