Job description:I have a spotlight that needs installing in a bathroom, in place of the current pendant light. Also, the connected extractor fan has stopped working- not sure if it's the timer circuit or the fan itself that needs fixed. There is a decorator in the building for the next few days who should be able to arrange access.
