Job description:I tried to fit a dimmer switch but failed! So I put the old switch back on again - but having done that I realised that I can only get the other bedroom and bathroom lights on if I put on the light in my room (first). If I don't put the light on in my bedroom then the other bedroom and the bathroom lights don't work. The wiring is old pre-1977 I think.
