Job description:We are a college with 70 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms and other ancillary buildings. This is a commercial operation. We are about to refurbish 22 bedrooms and install en-suite facilities. What we need is: 1. A reputable electrical contractor with all necessary certification and insurances to undertake the electrical part of this work to architect's plans, and 2. An electrical contract, as above, who will offer ongoing (preferably 24 hour) support and services to the college. 3. Reasonable rates. As a charity we need to be very prudent with our costs.
