Job description:i am planning to buy a 2bed mid-terrace house (believed to be built arround 1950) and need some qoutes for complete rewiring which should be done asap as stated in my building survey: "The mains supply connects to a wiring system which is of considerable age. Complete rewiring is necessary.The electricity meter and consumer board (fuse-box) are located under the stairs." aprox square footage of house is 64m2, The property is a 2 storey, mid terraced house, with single storey extension at the rear. The walls are traditional cavity brick construction, under a pitched and tiled roof, with solid and timber floors. The extension has a flat roof, covered with felt.
