Need our electrics checking in our property, particularly a few lights that have gone out in Little Harwood

Job description:We have two wall lights in our living room. One of them has stopped working. We have tried swapping them over and so know that the fault is not the lights themselves. I would hazzard a guess that the fuse box is overloaded but would like it checking out. Also additional lights in our conservatory and garden have stopped working. They dont seem to be on any of the circuits attached to the fusebox, as it hasnt tripped out at all. We have tried changing the bulbs which doesnt ressolve the problem. They appear to be run from a circuit that comes from upstairs, but we cant trace them any further than that.We are moving out of the property at teh end of the week so need someone who can come and have a look ASAP Thank You
