Job description:Rewiring of a 3-bedroom semi-detached property. Property will be emptied of non-fitted furniture prior to start of job, wallpaper stripped back and carpets removed. Please take this into account when quoting. Additional lighting required: 2 downlighters in living room. Change of lighting in kitchen and dining from flourescent to spotlights. 2 lighting fixtures for above shower and above bath. Additional work required: Move of the alarm panel from current location to by front door (this is optional, please state in your quote if it is included). Set up outdoors floodlight with panel to be installed in hallway downstairs. As an additional note, certification will of course be required and notification of appropriate council departments. Depending on quotes given, work will be required to start in approximately 2-3 months. Please give a fixed quote for the job as we will not consider pay-per-day quotes.
