Electric shower faulty in East Cliff and Springbourne

Job description:I have recently bought a flat which has an electric shower in the bathroom. This was working when I checked it a few weeks ago but since moving in it does not work. There appears to be a lack of power to the heater as there is an illuminated light on the pull cord switch which does not light up and although water comes out it is not hot.
