Can not connect fridge and washing machine in new house as powerpoints covered up in Kinson South

Job description:the wall sockets for both the washing machine point and the fridge have a cover over them which has been screwed on. i believe this is called a fused spur. i have been told that it would not be a lengthy procedure to fix. the house is only 13 years old so relatively modern fixtures and fittings. my new washing machine arrives on friday so if this is something that needs to wait to be installed simultaneously i would like an appointment on friday between 12 and 1pm. thank you
