Oven/hob need to be installed (wired in) in Hanover and Elm Grove

Job description:I had a new oven delivered at the weekend, but the delivery men were unable to install the item. The terminal box is approximately two metres from the back of the oven (not the 1.5metres that the installation guys brought with them), and they also mentioned that the 'clamp' in the terminal box is also missing.
