Job description:We have had a survey done on a flat we are intending to buy and it flagged up that the fuse box is quite old, indicating the wiring could be too. The current owner has not done any testing or rewiring in the past five years that they have lived there. Wwe would like to know what condition the wiring is in and whether re-wirng is needed.
