Electrical work in Saltdean

Job description:i need to have someone looking at my ceiling light socket in the bathroom. For the past two months i have been replacing two sockets which i found unusual. I opened the last one and found that it was rusty and had green stain sign of water filtering thorugh. At this point im not even sure if is an electric job or a plumbing one...i checked with my neighbour and we havent found any leak. Hence the low price as there might not be a job to do, but need checking. I would appreciate your reply
