Job description:The house needs a complete rewire and new consumer unit, house consists of porch, hallway stairs & landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, downstairs WC, living room, dining room, flat-roofed extension room, kitchen, utility room; also detached garage. Details of number of sockets and other items required TBC, to be discussed at time of quote. We are in the process of buying this house and are hoping to get the work done before moving in. We have not yet exchanged contracts on the purchase but would probably need work to take place in early October. Access to the property needs to be arranged with the estate agent.
