Job description:I have spotlights fitted in the ceiling in all communal areas (kitchen, lounge, bathroom, hallway) of my flat, and I can't remove the burned out ones to replace with new bulbs (already purchased). I also have a couple of light switches that appear to do nothing, which I believe should. I also have a light in the main bedroom that I've replaced with new bulbs that simply won't come on. Lastly, I have a power socket that has blown three new standing lamps, each time within days, which I think is a power-level output issue.
