Job description:The bathroom suffers from condensation and there is an existing space in the ceiling where a light fitting had been placed over the bath (!) and I would like that space to be used to fit an extractor venting system to the outside. The main light fitting in my bedroom hasn't worked since I moved in and it would be useful to have it fixed (and perhaps a new light fitting put in place).
