Job description:A property I am letting out has had wiring problems. The current tenant does not have all wall sockets fully working, and thus has extension cords around the house. This is dangerous and inconvinient for the tenant. I need to get an estimate on the amount of work required. The property is occupied currently through a lettings agent.
