Job description:We require: - removal of gas boiler and all radiators and visible piping - fit immersion heater to provide hot water - fitting of electric underfloor heating throughout 3 floor, 4 bed, 3 reception house - fitting of hardwood flooring throughout - full rewire including 6 sockets in each room and new consumer unit with safety earth leakage trip - replaster to make good all above work - additional replastering of ceiling and 2 walls - paint above replastered surfaces We are soon to move into this house and would the work done in as short a period as possible so we can then move our furniture in.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
