Job description:We're refurbishing our communal hallway in a Victorian property, where the current electrics have be trunked along the outside of the walls and along the skirting board. We will need: The electric cables to be chased into the walls Light sensors to be fitted on each floor to trigger the light switch Wall lights to be installed on the first floor Chandelier to be fitted in the entrance hallway Pendant light to be fitted on the top floor New power points to be installed on the ground floor I think that's everything, but there may be further things to add as we go along!
