Door entry repair in Redland

Job description:I hope you can help me. I have recently moved into a 3rd floor flat and the door entry phone isn't working. When someone visits they can press the buzzer/bell at the main door but it doesn't ring/buzz in the flat. I therefore have no idea if there is someone at the door for me (highly frustrating for both myself and the postman!). I don't think the handset is faulty as it is new and I can hear the person speaking to me from downstairs. I think it is a wiring issue. I would like this fixed as soon as possible.
