Internal electrics faulty - house electrics shorting out in Trinity

Job description:This is a rental property and the internal electrics may be faulty. This had extensive renovation work carried out in 2007 but the electrics are cutting out and not sure what is happening. The cooker was replaced in November and then a part was replaced in June due to the cooker tripping out the house' electrics. I need someone to investigate and explain the root cause of the problem.
