Job description:(1) remove an electrical towelrail that is no longer required and close off the electrical supply to that rail; (2) remove some lighting in the bathroom and replace with a new mirror with build-in lights; (3) fix a ceiling spot-light that does not work; and (4) fix the transistor in the spotlights in the kitchen, none of which are working.
