Cooker not heating up - fan and light working - but no heat in Canton

Job description:Hi We have an IKEA whirlpool integrated dual oven and the main oven has stopped heating - The light and fan are still functioning but the oven will not heat up. The top oven is working absolutely fine. Can you help please? Thanks Caroline
