Job description:Tenants house has a leak. The extension roof needs replacing. Water seems to have got into the wiring causing the RCD to trip whenever anything tries to draw larger amounts of current. I need someone to check the electrics are safe and if necessary isolate any problem causing circuits till the roof is fixed.
