House ligting to be checked in Great Baddow

Job description:I have moved into a ouse and changed the lights over, but in 2 of the rooms the lights are on a double switch, multiple controls, but the lights do not have full brightness. Therefore, i would like someone to check the wiring and rewire. Secondly i have a lamp shade that i would like to have connected and wired. That is 4 rooms, internal, all lights are curently working.
