Running an extension cable from the main living room into the bedroom in Christ Church

Job description:The main tv ariel is at the front of the flat and i need to run an extension cable from there to the bedroom to receive freeview. I tried a new digital booster ariel but even that won't pick it up. The main stumbling block is that the best wall to run it along has a fireplace on it. This is a rented flat so i don't want to be spending a lot of money or having holes and loose wires everywhere. I do not have a satellite dish just the main ariel.
