Installation of in-line extractor fan (Bathroom ceilling) in Pentland Hills

Job description:Installation of bathroom extractor fan. In line ceilling type with ducting. You will need a diamond core drill to cut 4" hole through cavity wall. Ladders required to fit outer cowling. Hole cutter for ceilling vent. Probably all going to be 4" system, but not purchased yet. Property is 1960 ish 3 bed wimpey house with good loft access, so no issues installing the ducting. Recently rewired, so no problems their either. Run from ceilling point inlet to wall outlet will be no more than 2m approx. If you need any further info, please let me know.
