Possible Wiring Issue - Light Switch in Abbey

Job description:My tenant reported that the light on the landing flickers when the downstairs light switch is used. It does nto flicker when the upstairs switch is used to turn it on. A previous electrician has been in to look and has replaced the downstairs light switch but this has not resolved the problem. I am looking for a quote initially and will ask electricians to visit to assess the fault before committing to a job. I am a landlord and will pay on behalf of the tenant on reciept of an invoice. If the service is good I am looking to build a long term contact with the electrician in questions for future work.
