Job description:5 year old new build. A number of the fitted lights have failed. Replacing the bulb does not work. It could be connections or the transformers. It should not be a very big job. The heating fillament in the main emmersion heater has failed - currently working on the smaller heater - needs to be replaced. Not complicated.
