Job description:About to let house, unfortunately, just had notification from an electrician that the electrics are in a dangerous state and has suggested that to make the electrics safe the minimum work requires the following to be done: replacement of the old fusebox with new distribution board; replace lighting circuit; insert earthing bond as no earth appears apparent Work needs to be done asap, need 3 quotes before commencing with work.
