Fixing a lighting circuit and extending TV aerial.. in Leaderdale and Melrose

Job description:Hi, I have just moved into a new house and not too sure of the electrical system there. 2 lights have gone (new bulbs tried) and I am just not familiar with the fuses / electricals there to fix any problems. Could simply be a fuse, could be something else! That is the primary and priority job. Secondary job is to extend external TV aerial (standard Freeview) from downstairs entry to allow a secondary point in the bedroom. Splitter / all wiring etc needed.. Many Thanks
