Four rooms plus kitchen and utility (will need ceiling dropped for spots in small utility only), bathroom (again will need ceiling dropped for spots), hallway, stairwell, box room, attic and outside light. Cooker likely to need own supply. Possible garden light too, but will be dependent on cost. Property will be empty while work carried out - undergoing full renovation.
