Job description:Qualified electrian required to inspect and test domestic lighting and power curcuits and corry out modifications and rewiring as necessary to achieve complaince with IEE wiring regulations and then to Certify compliance. House being made ready for renting. The house is a 4 bedroom detached 2 reception kitchen and bathroom with garage. Two bedrooms and Kitchen have Laminate Flooring the rest of the house has floor boards that are currently exposed for easy access.
