Job description:NICEIC registered electrician to carry out an inspection of the electrical installation in a 3-bed property in Epsom that I am interested in purchasing. Standard written report required summarising findings and indentifying areas of concern and approximate cost of rectifying. Access to the property will need to be arranged through the estate agent which I will assist with.
